Wonderful hip new hotel with very good staff who provide excellent service. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a minibar, a writing desk, and coffee. Continental breakfast, different food.

Very tasty and lovely breakfast with plenty of options, pleasant and clean place.

Hotel reception staff were pleasent, however we felt they could have provided more info on dining options including breakfast. I am not a regular user of hotels and felt uncomfortable asking for nfo.There was no conversation at all. There was rubbish left outside my room from day before, and I was disappointed that staff had already started to clean my room before I checked out as we had 1100 check out time. We returned at 0945 from breakfast to find the door open and mops and vacum cleaner in doorway. I had however put my bag in my daughters room next door.I Also booked 2 twin rooms and got 2x double rooms.

Fast check-in and easy check-out, parking off site. Comfortable quiet and recently refurbished room with comfortable bed, a walk-in wardrobe plus lovely view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. ...

I was outraged ! First, the check-in process was a disaster. They claimed my room would be ready at 3pm, yet I waited until 4:30pm before getting my keys. To make matters worse, the parking situation was ridiculous. I was told I had free parking, but the concierge gave me a discount ticket instead of the free parking I was promised. I couldn't believe I had to pay for something that was supposed to be complimentary!

the room had a little damage in the bathroom and to toilet seat seemed very old and could do with replacing.Room 528.

Request for soft pillows at check-in to ensure a comfortable night's sleep, as not all pillows may suit your preference.

Consider requesting a hairdryer upon check-in to avoid any last-minute rush, especially during busy mornings.

Closeness to Southgate and city.Nice rooms and good price.The bar was good for small meetings through the day.

Was expecting a better quality room. I would rate the room at 546 as 3 star motel accomodation

The location was perfect, right next to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious with a huge window that let in plenty of light. The blackout curtains were a game changer for sleeping in. The door...  

The hotel staff were very helpful with anything that we needed. Booking taxis or finding out information.

From the outside the Hotel did not look very appealing
